Deon Robinson was born and raised in New York City as the youngest of six children. He currently attends Susquehanna University as a Junior Creative Writing and Psychology double major. He was awarded the Janet C. Weis Prize for Literary Excellence for the 2018-2019 year. His work can be found in or is forthcoming in Asterism, Bridge and Glass: A Journal of Poetry.
